The Philosophale Way

Marine Coll
Founder of the philosophale Way
With a degree in art history and French literature, and a passion for the origin and development of consciousness, I take a sensitive, lucid, and deeply human approach, inspired by awareness coaching, the art of living, the search for meaning, inner-consciousness, the psychopoetics of language, and creative thinking.
My approach is not a method to be applied, but a living framework for support: each person is unique, and their inner experience serves as an essential guide for moving forward, at their own pace, toward greater clarity and inner coherence.
Here for you.
I support people who are going through periods of self-doubt, inner exhaustion, or a loss of direction, helping them rediscover themselves, find peace, and restore meaning to their lives. Drawing on my own experience as a patient, I made a promise to myself to become a guide who supports and reassures others through full presence in the here and now, without assuming the role of a rescuer or an expert. Someone who doesn’t have all the answers but who provides a safe space to unburden oneself, the strength to transform, the time needed to unravel the thread of one’s story, and a comforting gaze that makes one feel seen, whole, and understood. I have experienced that by deeply healing the feelings tied to one’s state of mind and by following one’s personal order of priorities, overall well-being improves on every level: physical, cognitive, emotional, and existential. And there is often a phase where things get shaken up like a major storm just before qualitative transformations occur in our entire system. I’ve observed this in my own experience and in the experiences of the people I’ve had the privilege of supporting.
This support is based on deeply listening to what is happening in your current emotional reality, and on the conviction that everyone possesses internal resources for self-regulation, growth, and adaptation, resources that are sometimes hindered or thwarted by life experiences and the meaning we ascribe to them. I do not use my curious and intuitive mind to change you quickly or to delve into just anything. I have learned to channel this mindset to serve the order of your own discernment: to follow what accelerates your grounding so you can embrace self-awareness and your capacity for present-moment actualization. We always focus on the present state of your reality and your inner experience to tailor our interventions in a precise and meticulous manner.
Within this overarching system of consciousness and identity, rooted in the chemistry of the human body, we do not intervene in a large aspect of your emotional experience without first determining whether it affects a pillar of your psychological functioning, or whether your vital signs are under control. While our focus is on well-being, we preserve the aspects that facilitate your functioning and reinforce them as needed. First, we stabilize your vital signs; we observe what is entrenched in your belief system; and once we have identified the composition and role of these emotional patterns within your identity system, we proceed with your informed consent and active participation. This preliminary work enables interventions without resistance or unnecessary complications, as well as simpler remission and recovery that are sustained over time.
I offer attentive, compassionate, and pragmatic support that respects each person’s individual pace and uniqueness. We work on various levels of your system to serve your embodied consciousness, and embodied consciousness is experienced in the material world, in reality, through the simplification of daily life, the parsimony of right action, and the reduction of inner noise. It is important to distinguish between the work of self-awareness, which involves knowing oneself, liberating oneself, and unmasking oneself at a deep level, and an esoteric escape that adds more masks, guilt, and complicated formulas. Happiness lies in getting to the essence and loving what is there, starting with oneself. It is more about undoing invisible knots than constantly doing more in the visible realm. Untangling the knots of performance, perfectionism, and self-abandonment, for example. Unlearning early, obsolete conditioning in order to feel good brings a different kind of understanding of the human experience and a new perspective on the world and the people around us.
The follow-up offered is not a substitute for medical or psychotherapeutic care when it is necessary.
