The Philosophale way
You are unique. Every living being on this earth is unique, including you, who has the ability to think about it and express it. Your body, your mind, your life experiences, and the place where it all comes together: your embodied consciousness, which exists only in the present moment. Without which you would not be reading these words right here, right now. Because imagining life this way lends it a somewhat sacred perspective, a bit mysterious and uplifting. Where every being is singular, unique, and lovable simply by virtue of being alive. For this reason, you deserve an approach tailored to your living uniqueness. One that aligns precisely with your specific needs, your state of mind, your words, and your intentions regarding the journey we’ll take together. You come with the courage to ask for help, and I’ll make sure you find it, within yourself, with me.
My goal is to help you become the person you need to be, without this becoming a defense mechanism or avoidance strategy that stifles your decision to ask for help when it’s needed. Because beyond yourself, there is “us,” and we need one another. The goal is to distinguish, among your mental systems, those that help you from those that limit you psychologically and emotionally, by analyzing the impact of your thoughts, behaviors, and attitudes on your overall well-being. This state of well-being is our main guide as we work through your limitations and resistance at your own pace.
